What is the minimum order quantity (MOQ)?

There is no minimum order quantity for inquiry requests -- we welcome inquiries of any size. For actual orders, MOQ depends on the specific product:

  • ✓Common bulk chemicals: from 100 kg
  • ✓Standard industrial grades: from 1 MT
  • ✓Specialty / high-purity products: from 25-50 kg

Are prices quoted FOB, CIF, or DDP?

We support all major Incoterms and can quote on whichever basis suits your logistics setup:

Cost, insurance & freight included to destination port

Delivered duty paid -- door-to-door, fully managed

Default quotations are on FOB Qingdao basis. Specify your preferred Incoterm when submitting your inquiry.

What payment terms do you accept?

Standard payment terms for new customers:

  • 30%T/T advance payment upon order confirmation
  • 70%Balance before shipment or against copy of B/L

For long-term partners with established credit history, we offer more flexible terms including L/C at sight and net 30-60 day arrangements. We accept T/T bank transfer and L/C.

Can I get a free sample before placing a bulk order?

Yes -- free samples are available for qualified buyers. Typically 100g-1kg depending on the product. Conditions:

  • ✓Sample product cost is waived; buyer covers courier charges
  • ✓Available for non-hazardous materials via air freight
  • ✓Hazardous materials samples shipped via sea (consolidated)

How quickly will I receive a price quotation?

We guarantee a formal bulk quotation within 24 hours of receiving your inquiry during business days (GMT+8, Mon-Sat). For in-stock products, quotes are often returned within 2-4 hours. Inquiries submitted via WhatsApp typically receive the fastest response. Include product name, CAS number, required quantity, and destination port for the most accurate quote.

Do you handle export documentation and customs clearance?

Yes. We provide a complete export documentation package with every shipment:

For DDP orders, we manage full export customs clearance from China. Import clearance at destination is the buyer's responsibility unless DDP is agreed.

Yes. Once your order ships, you will receive the B/L number and vessel information via email. You can track your container on the shipping line's website. Your dedicated account manager proactively sends milestone updates: goods loaded, vessel departed, ETA at destination port, and delivery confirmation. For urgent shipments, WhatsApp updates are available on request.

What happens if there is a delivery delay or shortage?

We take delivery commitments seriously. Our protocol for exceptions:

  2. Sign a framework agreement (valid 3-12 months)
  3. Place call-off orders anytime within the contract period at locked prices

Is there a minimum annual volume required for a long-term agreement?

A formal long-term agreement is available starting from 20 MT/year for most products, with full benefits unlocked at 100+ MT/year. Smaller buyers can still benefit from our loyalty pricing program with no formal contract required -- rebates are calculated quarterly based on cumulative purchases.
